International Returns

**Please pay particular note that we can not accept returns on items that have been used, i.e. skates used on concrete floor**

Wrapping your item
Items must be well packaged. Please do not attach packaging tape or returns labels directly to the box.

Tip: Y
our item will have arrived with an external postal bag around it. If you can recycle this then please do so. If you don't have packaging materials you could wrap a bin-liner (or similar) around the box before sending it.


Customers outside the UK are responsible for return costs. We empathise that international postage can be costly and we ask that you familiarise yourself with this before committing to an international order.


Please make sure your item is in acceptable condition. We can not accept returns of used items. If you need to try skates on please do so inside a house on a carpeted floor.

We can accept unused returns for refund within 365 days of receipt.

Warranty Issues:
Please contact us by phone or email if you have a warranty issue or a specific problem with a product, we can often solve issues remotely.



Please return your item, as above, and re-place your order from our website.

How log will my refund take?
If your return meets all our conditions then your refund will be processed within 3 business days of it arriving with us, please be aware that your bank may take 3-5 days to show the refund on your statement once we have processed your refund.

- You are entitled to a full refund for any item which you decide you don't want if it is returned to us within 30 days from receiving the goods. The items have to be packaged, unused and as new.

- Please feel free to contact us by email or phone with any questions relating to international returns.

- If an order is faulty or wrong then we will arrange a replacement at our cost.

- You may return an item only if it is completely unused and in it's original packaging.

- Please do not send used items back to us (unless for a pre-agreed reason). If you send us back an item which cannot be accepted as a return/exchange because it has been used then you will be charged the costs incurred by RollerSkateShop. We will keep the item for you until you can arrange or cover the cost of delivery back to you.

- RollerSkateShop reserve the right not to accept returns of items which have been returned without their original packaging or with the goods or packaging damaged. In some special cases we may be willing to deduct from your refund an amount which relates to the costs incurred by RollerSkateShop for replacing the packaging.

- All goods are covered by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects, although it will be up to our discretion whether or not a product malfunction has been the result of everyday wear and tear.

- Items that are damaged or broken due to the destructive nature of action sports can not be replaced free of charge.
